E-MAIL ADDRESS CHANGES - How do I change my e-mail address in the NCBA's Association Management Syst

How do I change my e-mail address in the NCBA's Association Management System? This can by done from the myNCBar Web page.
  1. go to the main NCBA Home Page
  2. Choose the "MyNCBar" link in the left navigational menu.
  3. You will then be instructed to login to the NCBA web site
    1. Enter in you NCBA Number
    2. Enter in your NCBA password
  4. Select the "myUser Account Info" tab
  5. Change your "Email Address" to your new address.
  6. Select "Update", and your email address will have been changed.
    1. You will also recieve an email confirming your email address change.

NOTE:

  1. Changing your NCBA Association Management System (AMS) database e-mail address does NOT change it in any of the NCBA's Listservs and vice versa, since they are separate systems.
  2. Changes are reviewed by NCBA staff members for quality assurance purposes and they normally take 1-2 business days to be added the NCBA AMS database.  Of note, this process will be automated in the future to enable near real-time member information changes.
