E-MAIL FROM NCBA - What do I do if I am not receiving NCBA e-mail announcements?

There are two simple things that you can do to make sure you receive the NCBA e-mails you want.

First of all, make sure that you are signed up to receive the desired electronic correspondence by selecting them in the myNewsletters section of MyNCBar, which can be accessed by members by clicking here.

Secondly, check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or IT support and ask them if they are running SPAM prevention software. This software filters incoming e-mail and may be blocking e-mail announcements from the NCBA.

  • If this is the case, ask them to add "ncbar.org"to their list of "approved" senders, which will allow NCBA e-mail announcements to pass through their SPAM filters.
  • If you are still unable to receive NCBA e-mail announcements, please send an e-mail to support@ncbar.org for assistance.
    • Be sure to include a full description of your problem and a phone number where you can be reached.
    • A member of the NCBA's IT staff will contact you by phone or e-mail to help you resolve the problem.
