"Technology FAQs" contains information on issues related to using the NCBA's Web site, changing email addresses, accessing web-based documents (PDF), and using other web-based services (e.g., Casemaker) and communication services (e.g, LISTSERV). It also includes a list of FAQs associated with NCBA's 2004 Web site redesign.

General FAQs "General FAQs" contains information on changing your Web browser settings (e.g., cookies); opening Adobe PDF documents; changing e-mail address in the NCBA's membership and LISTSERV databases; as well as “tips and etiquette” for using the NCBA's LISTSERV and online eForums.

Web Site FAQs "Web Site FAQs" contains information on the new Web site redesign changes and deletions; the new myNCBar Page; the new Section and Division Communities; the new Technology Community; the new online discussion eForums; Web site security; and how to report Web site problems. It also contains other useful information, such as information about how to change Font display sizes and navigating/searching the new Web site.

Casemaker FAQs "Casemaker FAQs" contains information on NC Casemaker, the computerized legal research library available to NCBA members.

LISTSERV FAQs "LISTSERV FAQs" contains information about frequently asked questions on how to use the NCBA’s LISTSERVs. NOTE: Participation in the LISTSERV is only available to NCBA members assigned to that specific LISTSERV (e.g., section, division, committee). The LISTSERV mailing system and archives are also hosted by another company, which requires you to login to access password-protected parts of their Web site.
